Sunday Morning Youth Ministries
- 9:00am - 9:45am - Rite-13 (6th – 8th grades) meets upstairs.
- 9:00am - 9:45am – Journey to Adulthood (9th -12th grades) meets in the church school wing.
- Rite-13 – The first segment of the Journey to Adulthood program. It focuses on celebrating the
individuality of each young person and his or her creative potential. The Rite -13 or the Rite of Passage
liturgy (a celebration of Manhood and Womanhood) is the community expression of this belief and will be celebrated by our 8th graders on a Sunday in May at the 10:00 am service.
- Journey to Adulthood (J2A) – In this portion of the program, J2A uses Bible study, prayer, community
service and both serious and playful activities to prepare the youth for adulthood. It engages the youth with the skills and critical thinking involved in becoming an adult.
Permission slips and Emergency Release Forms for Youth Trips
Permission Slips and Emergency Release Forms are required for all youth to participate in any church activity for
the 2011-2012 year.
